Cancellation and Refund Policy

At ResilientWRX, we are committed to providing exceptional service and customized Emergency Response and Business Continuity Plans. Because our work is highly personalized and time-sensitive, the following cancellation and refund policies apply:

Cancellations

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations:
    Clients may cancel their service by submitting a written request via email to admin@resilientwrx.com.
    • If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment and before any work has begun, a full refund may be issued, minus any applicable processing fees.
    • If cancellation occurs after work has started, no refund will be issued. Work is considered started once the intake consultation is scheduled or materials have been created or reviewed.
    • Missed or no-show consultations without 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited session without refund.
  • ResilientWRX-Initiated Cancellations:
    We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a service and cannot reschedule, clients will receive a full refund.

Refunds

  • All Sales Are Final:
    Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once services have begun.
  • Payment Plans:
    Clients on payment plans must complete all scheduled payments according to their agreement. Canceling a payment plan does not cancel the service contract. All balances must be paid in full before the final plan is delivered.
  • Quality Concerns:
    If you believe a serious error occurred in the delivery of your plan, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will review your concern and offer a correction or revision if it falls within the scope of your selected service package.

What exactly am I getting when I buy a plan?
You’ll receive a fully customized Emergency Response Plan (ERP), Business Continuity Plan (BCP), or both—built specifically for your business. Each plan is delivered as an editable document that you can update as your needs change.

Is this just a template?
No. While we use reliable planning frameworks, every plan is tailored to your business type, operations, and structure. You receive a professional, custom-built document—not a generic template.

Who are your services for?
We serve small to midsize businesses, nonprofits, churches, cannabis operations, funeral homes, and other organizations looking for affordable, customized emergency and continuity planning.

What if I need changes after I get my plan?
Each plan includes one revision within 14 days of delivery. This gives you time to review and request updates. Additional revisions are available for a fee.

How long does it take to get my plan?
Most plans are delivered within 7 to 14 business days after your intake meeting and full payment. You’ll receive a delivery timeline at the start of the process.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer flexible payment options upon request. Full payment is required before the final plan is delivered.

Why do I need this if I already have insurance?
Insurance helps with financial recovery after a crisis. Our plans help you stay operational during the event and minimize downtime. They work together, but they are not the same.

What’s the process after I choose a service?
After you book your consult, you’ll be directed to complete payment. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll meet with our team for your intake session. That meeting gives us everything we need to build and deliver your plan.
